The Club Vistalagos Project

§  The Club Vistalagos project is a residential development stretching from the rim of the Laguna de Apoyo back towards Granada, the oldest colonial city in the Americas.

§  Granada is 30 miles and 40 minutes from the center of Managua and the international airport.

§  Club Vistalagos itself is a mere 3 miles / 10 minutes from the center of Granada

§  It is a tranquil, gated community of mostly US, Canadian and international retirees with its own security guards and maintenance and gardening staff for the common area grounds.

Los Balcones Project

We are constructing with local Partners on Lot 1 at Los Balcones, Granada

The spec home we are building on lot 1 is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with 1 car garage that will include a bodega (storage area) and laundry. We are including a large open covered (patio) area overlooking Mombacho Volcano and Granada City and lake. The home will be on a ½ acre lot with approx 1650 sq ft, average ceiling heights are 10 to 12 ft. The home will be designed with retirees in mind and therefore we use USADA – eliminating all steps, curbless walk in shower and adding wide entry doorways and halls.  The master bedroom and guest room/office will have room air conditioning units. All rooms and outside patio will have fans. Option available is a salt water swimming pool US$20,000 (20x30x4ft even depth) The homes in this community have an estimated market price starting at  US$154,000.

 

If you buy or commit early you can select some items such as flooring tile, paint colors, lighting package depending on the construction stage.
